04.01.2022 When starting a social media profile or even reviewing your existing profile, there are a few things you need to consider...think of it like a checklist. ask yourself what your goals are with your social media make sure your profiles; regardless of the platform are set up correctly. define who your target audience is... plan ahead when creating content; creating content pillars will help you create the right content and minimise the time you spend creating don't over promote yourself. Call to actions are important but not in every post. See more

02.01.2022 #HASHTAGS ON FACEBOOK | #Hashtags on Facebook never really caught on as it did on other social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and more recently LinkedIn. However, is does seem that Facebook is wanting them to succeed now on its platform too. Now...don't go off and add the normal 25-30 hashtags that you add on Instagram to your Facebook posts (please, please DON'T do that!) However, I do recommend picking up to 3 #hashtags that are 100% relevant to your post and... share them while Facebook trials their usability. Hashtags do in fact work on Facebook, however the customer just isn't savvy enough to use the functionality. So, let's get you on the front foot now and start using the function and hit the trend before your competitors do! #socialmediamanager #socialmediatips #socialmediamarketing

01.01.2022 Here are 3 reasons why your social media isn't converting. You're consistently promoting or selling; you need to find the right balance with your audience. Overselling could be damaging your relationship with your audience and potential customers. Focus on informative and educative information while limiting the selling to one (or two posts a week, pending your frequency) to a stronger call to action.... You're not posting with your target audience in mind. Not everyone is your audience or ideal customer...and that's ok. Collect more feedback on what your audience needs from your service and what made them buy it in the first place, to help define your audience. You're not consistently present, be it posting or engaging with your audience when they connect with you. This is why having a social media plan is so important - it will keep you honest and consistent but most importantly keeping you in front of your audience. Always respond to your audience! They have taken the time to reach out and connect with you...and it will do wonders for keeping your post relevant, higher in feeds and hitting the magic algorithm requirements.
