21.01.2022 We hope that 2015 has started well for all of our clients. We're settling lots of conveyancing sales and purchases this month after the pre-Christmas rush to exchange contracts. We also have lots of people doing their Wills as part of their New Year resolutions.

16.01.2022 Today is opening day of the Law Term for 2016. We can't believe it's already February!

16.01.2022 The recipe for Ken's apple & rhubarb crumble is below:- APPLE, RHUBARB AND PECAN CRUMBLE WITH MASCARPONE Fruit ingredients... Coarse-chopped bunch of rhubarb or whatever other fruit is in season e.g. 2 punnets of hulled strawberries Two peeled, cored and coarse-chopped granny smith apples cup of sugar The juice of of a lemon Crumble ingredients 1 cups of plain flour 1 cup of chopped pecan nuts 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of golden syrup cup of desiccated coconut Mascarpone/Cream Cheese 200 grams of mascarpone 200 grams of cream cheese 200 grams of double cream teaspoon of vanilla cup of sugar Method 1. Coat the apple with the lemon juice to stop it going brown. 2. Mix the apple and rhubarb together and put it into a baking dish and sprinkle the sugar over it. 3. Rub all of the crumble ingredients together with the exception of the pecan nuts and spread the crumble mixture over the fruit. 4. Spread the pecan nuts over the top of the crumble. 5. Bake in an oven at 180 until the fruit stews together (approximately 30 minutes) and the top browns. Method: Mascarpone/Cream Cheese 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Serve on the side as an accompaniment to the crumble. 3. An alternative to the mascarpone is cream, ice cream or custard.
