Full Klarmann Kraftwerk with 2x mppt regulators for 400w roof high voltage solar and low voltage side solar blanket, touch screen control for 240v, water systen and tank / battery monitoring with remote login capability. 2000w inverter with auto transfer and 80a... battery charger. DC DC charger, Aus J electric hot water heater and shower system for tank and bucket water with seperate pumps and circuits to prevent tank contamination. 300ah lithium batteries. We installed a #gme_australia radio prior and added now an #iridium sattelite radio unit which is quickly removable which makes it usable in more than one vehicle and a #celfiwave mobile network repeater unit. The cel-fi unit recieves the mobile network with one of the front mounted aerials and sends out an amplified signal through an aerial which is mounted inside the... car. No extra phone card needed and no cradle! 12.01.2022 We have supplied @ronny_dahl with a power solution for his Project Luxy. You can find a full review from Ronny on his YouTube Channel. We have added one of our modified National Luna Battery Boxes. It has a Redarc BCDC1225D charger which we have found more reliable than the National Luna DC/DC charger they put into their green box. It also includes a Victron Smart Shunt for battery monitoring. The vehicle also got 2 metal switch boxes one for fuses and one for switches. Thes...e connect via Anderson plug to the battery box or when the battery box isn't there directly to the start battery via the Anderson charge connector cable. The charge connector cable is a pre made diy harness which connects to the start battery. A big advantage of this battery box over most cheaper options is the fast recharge time. Most cheaper battery boxes have a 7A inbuilt charger which takes about 13 hrs to recharge the battery. This will do a full recharge while driving in 4 hrs. Or use the MPPT solar input and keep charging while you are stationary. We also upgraded the stock alternator to a 150A alternator and upgraded the wiring and supplied a KTSolar 300W solar blanket. 08.01.2022 Just finished 2nd stage on this project. Complete wiring clean up under bonnet. Solar on roof with invisible wiring. Worklights all round lh and the switchable Lightforce ROK20 ultra flood. 3 sets of driving lights lightbars on roof still missing but wiring is done. For these jobs with a large number of circuits on the roof we always run multicore cable through the factory grommets in the tailgate. From there we use glands to go into the rear wing and grommets where we come o...ut the rear wing. We always use a junction box on the roof so we can reduce the number of cable joints and get the cable length to perfection. Just in case you were wondering what that roof box was for... Also twin tank / pump water system. ARB twin piston compressor. PDP red / white lights in gullwings and on tailgate. "Get home safe" Option for jump starting and driving with alternator failure. 06.01.2022 We recently upgraded the electrics on this caravan. All the power points are connected through a automatic transfer switch and run off an inverter or shore power. The switchover from shore power happens so quick when you disconnect it even computers will keep running. Furthermore the shore power input and the inverter output are protected with rcds. We also added a full enerdrive charging system with 40 amp 240 volt charger and 40+ amp dc/dc charger. The caravan also got 2 e...xtra enerdrive 160w solar panels on the roof bringing it to 560w altogether. we also added some more circuit breakers and another fusebox to clean up the general wiring of the caravan. The roof aircon, the 240v side of the hot water system, the 240 volt battery charger and the 240 volt circuit of the fridge connect to shore power only and will not get power from the inverter / batteries. The batteries we upgraded to 300 ah amptron lithium batteries. was great to see everything coming to life on this job and see how easy it is to create a descent and thought through electric system in a caravan that finally works exactly the way the customer always wanted it to. 04.01.2022 Our new mobile Workshop Vehicle! I took a couple of pictures during the built of the new mobile workshop setup including some before and after pictures. After building work utes for numerous customers we now put all our knowledge into building this work machine. The target was to build an easy to use power independent work vehicle which complies with most construction site rules. See the outcome for yourself... Further description in the pictures.

03.01.2022 The ECU box build in 5 pictures. Inside we got the #dakotadigital #hdx control unit which monitors engine and gearbox and sends all information to a digital dash by databus. Attached to the hdx unit we got a GPS speed sensor, a gearbox control unit, an EGT and cylinder head temperature monitoring unit and a extra unit to monitor the engine speed. Also monitored by the hdx unit are fuel level, engine temp, oil pressure, high beam, indicators, 4x4 engaged, park brake, brake con...trol, etc...
