13.01.2022 Well another year done and dusted Thankyou to all my wonderful customers , I have lost quite a few oldies this year which is very sad some I had been grooming well over 10 years but we always think of them with fond memories. On a brighter note some lovely naughty puppies have made their way onto my table which I do enjoy. So to everyone 4 & 2 legged please have a hydrated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 12.01.2022 I would like to remind some people that your dog has a personality, fears, insecurities, hang ups , maybe very gregarious but is an individual, we are not making a coffee or selling a piece of furniture, I am dealing with a living breathing animal. Please don’t ask me to rush your dog because YOU don’t like it sitting with me for a few hrs maybe the day I can’t be any more accommodating with very early starts so people can pickup in their lunch break. Dogs actually like the interaction they get from Aza and myself and not in there backyard on their own. Dogs are not humans and don’t appreciate being treated as such. I hope this helps my 2 & 4 legged customers

08.01.2022 Sorry to say people are not turning up for appointments. What do I do ? Everyone is busy no excuse. If you don’t cancel maybe you should pay for that appointment like so many other businesses. I personally don’t like that but what else is their to do.
