Having recognised the need for more injury prevention training amongst the younger athletes, we aim to educate and inspire kids to move better by building the fundamental functional movements that cross over into any sport. 15.01.2022 We train barefoot ! The foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Connecting our feet to the ground allows us more neuromuscular feedback providing us with more efficient movement patterns and stability. 06.01.2022 This place has been pretty quiet for awhile now, but not for long!!! I’m getting ready to re open for classes and invite back my very much missed clients. This space means a lot to me. It’s much more than a gym, it’s a place where everyone is welcome no matter what fitness journey they are on. It’s a place for people to connect and step away from their busy lives and take time to really focus on themselves. I can’t wait to share all the laughs, tears, fails and achievements in this space again and ultimately return to doing what I love! Who’s ready ?!?

01.01.2022 First ever @transcapeswimrun ! 27.50kms of trail running and swimming! Amazing conditions, beautiful scenery, swam with a 1m bronzey and had our fair share of stingers !! And of course couldn’t have done it with out my team mate @t_h_e_murray_f_a_m pushing me along that run We made it #offtobed @ Dunsborough, Western Australia
