25.01.2022 Great start to weekend, as we were invited by the Owners for a BBQ dinner last Friday night as a thank you and apprecation of our workmnaship. This was a large renovation, complete gut out and additions project converting the small soild brick post war house to a modern and charming home. Features specially honed and polished concrete blocks, an inviting 5m high Entry, open plan living flowing through large sliding doors to tranquil timber decking. Inside is crisp, bold and under foot unquie beauty of NSW spotted gum floorboard.

22.01.2022 KLEINERT HOMES - HIA AWARD FINALIST 2016 Today our entry into the 2016 HIA Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for our Mont Albert North Project has been selected as a FINALIST in the category Renovation / Additions Project $500,001 - $700,000. We are so humbled and so excited look forward to the HIA Awards night which will be held on Friday 4th November.... We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone of you who worked on this project. Given the Projects challenges, we all achieved a great result for our client. We all should be proud of our team work thank you. Comment from the Owner: Hi Stephen - sorry I missed your call. Wow! Finalists! That is wonderful news! 22.01.2022 Last Friday evening we attended the HIA 2106 Victorian Housing Awards. We are proud to have been nominated as FINALIST in the 2016 HIA Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for Mont Albert North project in the category Renovation / Additions Project $500,001 - $700,000. We congratulate the 2 other winning entries in our category that took out First and Runners Up. Firstly, we would like to thank the Owners Andreas and Julia without their support we would not have ...had this exciting opportunity and experience. Again thanks to everyone who worked on this project, we all collectively did very well thank you.
