23.01.2022 I finally have a kitchen the old excuse of eating out has expired lol but @foodcoonfranklin veggie patch was my go to since renoing I actually really struggle not having a routine with my eating - throws everything out and is just another added stress I don’t want to waste time on. That’s not to say I diet every single day. I eat to what I think my body needs and feels like but do generally know how much I am consuming and my output in training so I can maintain my b...ody composition. If I notice I’m starting to feel sluggish and a bit heavier or get uncomfortable from eating too many white choc coated frozen dried strawbs - I tighten up my food! Is anyone else the same? what are your fav go to meals to easy prep?

So many of my clients are busy mums, generally with more than 2 kids, working, being a partner or juggling it all by themselves. These women inspire me so much with the commitment they put in day in day out working toward bettering themselves, creating new goals, and just showing up each day even when they may not feel like it. ... Ice cream, a bit of choccie, popcorn, a yummy muesli bar - something to enjoy so you don’t feel restricted like you would on a diet. To maintain something long term, it’s important to take some type of pleasure in what you are working for, or else you risk potentially rebounding and ending up worse of...f than you started. Laura you did amazing!! I admire women who can juggle kids (in this case - 2 babes under 3) and still make time for themselves to look after their health - power to you women!
