20.01.2022 It’s that time of year again. We will be at the unearth festival 2018. A little be closer to the stage this year. Plenty of yummy food on offer from salad and cevapcici, veggie pastries, chicken noodle soup, hock leek and barley soup, baked pancakes and let’s not forget the cabbage rolls. Plenty of soft drinks and water too

11.01.2022 Hi my name is michael klicek from Whyalla SA. I have been a avid recreational fisherman from the day that I could walk. I would like to share my disappointment ...in our local government .Upon closure of catching schnapper for a period of 3yrs made by clowns who call themselves politicians, I can’t stop accidentally catching these fish when targeting other species. Therefore I’m made to release these fish knowingly they may not survive? I have had to release multiple schnapper&do nothing else but watch them float away,how cruel&an absolute waste of fish!! But that’s we’re told to do. Apparently there is a major shortage of schnapper in the spencer gulf. Although these fish do go through of cycles of not so many in 1yr to catching too many the next.So why is it that pro - fishermen and long liners are now allowed to catch 350kg of schnapper every day&can have 1ton of schnapper in storage?? Almost every time we go out for a fish we find schools of schnapper on the echo sounder&always catch a few while targeting other species. Why wasn’t this handled more appropriately by dramatically reducing the amount the recreational fishermen could take ? Like only 1 fish over 60cm&only 5under 60cm ,bring the legal size up to 40cm .
