24.01.2022 For the women who think it cant be done, I’m here to tell you it can The solution isn’t a detox tea or a weight loss shake. Nor is a one time 8 week challenge or a 10 day fast. The solution is consistently training, consistently choosing nourishing foods and tracking them, consistently being kind to your self and not self sabotaging and consistently getting up when you fall.... It is a long road to health and fitness. There is no quick fix but trust me it is the best thing you will ever do and you will feel amazing.

16.01.2022 Hi all !!!! I know i’m not as active on my facebook account as i use to be, I can assure you i’m still posting a lot of my journey on the KLM health and fitness instagram instead.... I think i’m not quit sure where i fit in the health and fitness industry just yet bit my journey still continues and hopefully one day i’ll be back as a pt more educated then ever Thank you to everyone who continues to follow me Remeber to love your bodies at all stages and dont think about your food as a diet but as nutrition and a lifestyle and most importantly always SMILE

02.01.2022 I have always loved being around water. Water is so powerful, it can wash away earth and put out fire. Water can carve its way through stone and when it becomes trapped it makes a new path. Just like that my holidays are over but I have honestly had the best time. For the firdt time in years I made all the time in the world for the things and the people I love with no restrictions and no guilt. I’m finally in this place where i just accept who i am and im proud of where I am... in my life. It will always be a journey so i just don’t see the point any more on being so hard on myself all the time. Life is so precious and it’s a luxury denied to so many.
