05.01.2022 |The Works| My beautiful guest here had the absolute works done. We started off by removing some old weft extensions that just weren’t blending because of the natural hair colour being different to the extension but also the integrity of the hair just was not there (over coloured ) So what did I do? Firstly, the most important thing when doing hair is to keep the health and quality the top priority - it’s always the TOP priority! I did a keratin treatment that is 98.9% PUR...E keratin. What’s a keratin treatment? A keratin treatment is the ultimate DELUX treatment of all and YES it’s better then olaplex! Why? Because your hair is made up of keratin.. things we do to our hair we loose our natural keratin! Such as colouring, brushing with the wrong types of brushes , washing with unprofessional products, swimming, going out In the sun, sleeping on a pillow that’s not silk causing friction, tying your hair up poorly-honestly the list goes on! If it wasn’t for doing this mind blowing strengthening treatment I don’t think I would have felt comfortable doing a full head of foils, root colour and toner that stayed on a full 20minutes (lasting 20 washes and not overtoning-crazy I know) By doing this Keratin treatment by @unica.collection which is cruelty free and vegan (keratin comes from plants) may I add, this make over I wouldn’t have done. By doing this keratin treatment I was able to predict what the hair would do and not do especially! The best thing of all, my guest has easier to manage hair, easier to style, no frizz, looks and feels healthier and best of all she is my walking master piece! . Maintance wise will only be a root colour when needed and a extension weft pull up when grown out! So incredible simple but EFFECTIVE if the time is taken to actually take care of the hair! See more

01.01.2022 Full head of FOILS working with my guests natural colour. A colour like this would usually only get done every 6 months, twice a year. In between this big colour service we do toners and hair cuts every 10-12wks MAX! The joy of a good ‘quick’ toner compared to full heads of foils- it takes about 30-40minutes from start to finish compared to 3-4 hour of foiling! We used a special redken product here that’s acidic based stays on for 20 minutes. They say every Minute a toner stays on for is a shampoo it lasts. So say for example if my guest here washes her hair once a week for the next 12 weeks it is more then likely if the condition of her hair is there, that this toner will still be there when I see her in 10-12wks for a maintance service ! Ever feel like aww my toner was only on for a few minutes? Well expect it to last that long too
