25.01.2022 I didn't really pay much attention at High school- But i was really good at eating food and not sharing jokes!!!. BUT LETS GET CEREAL ON THE SERIOUS. ... Easy recipe today whanau, i guess the most expensive item i used was protein powder, and no you don't need to add it, Ive actually made this using milo and low fat greek yogurt hahaha it will bump your calories up a little but hey... it's far more hearty than eating garbage for breakfast.. Lastly just on that, for those getting the pumps in the gym DOITZAA!!! This is a great post-workout meal that will make your muscles grow to gargantuan levels.. Everyone that i speak to seems to have forgotten how to eat, let alone cook..... 12.01.2022 Here he is!!! The phenom, the Legend, The Bro!!! JORDAN!!!. Well an impromptu measure up for the bro as im heading back to New Zealand today.. We are currently 3 weeks in of Jordans program and we have pulled up trumps today.... 6cm down in the WAIST!!!! YEWWWWWWW!!. I would like to assess Jordan every 4 - 6 weeks with his progress, but as mentioned Today we we good to go. Jordan does have a training history with other training methods but when i had the opportunity to work alongside him during his complimentary session with me it was very clear to see that there were some "Key Elements" that had been over looked. The approach i have taken with Jordan is quite different to whats currently out there. Well lets be honest this approach has been around since the dawn of time, but i see it gets missed alot. Its called "Establishing a Solid foundation". If you don't have that in check with your current training, you may be possibly be on the hamster wheel trying to figure out why things ain't working. Oh, with regards to his nutrition i gave him the biggest secret.. are you ready... it's mind blowing... here it is... "I told him to eat Fruit" .. No not a Fruit Cleanse or a fruit diet or a fruit shake.. Just implement 1-2 pieces of fruit into his current diet.. Smack my lips and call me Lenny. Worlds best kept secret that one.. lol.. 12.01.2022 TEEEAM!!!. Meet my amazing client Louisa.!!! Wife and Mother of 2, Full time Business owner of a 5 STAR QUALITY DAY SPA called "Earth and Skin" Based here on the Gold Coast and all round EPIC HUMAN!!!! Here's her little Journey thus far.. I don't mention the stats but for your info - ... 76.3kg >> 70.0kg!! 5cm of Waist, and Hips. 2 - 3cm from Calves and arms. We do mention and also highlight the fact of weight loss via the scales, but it is not the true measure of ones Journey.. So although the numbers on the scale have dropped it is not the be all and end all of any health path you are on.
