25.01.2022 Presentation day this year is not able to go ahead, thanks to COVID but the kids won't miss out! Teams will be presented their trophy (and any other awards) at the Netball courts in the centre of Best Road Reserve after their last home game. Just look for the Committee's smiling faces!... 10.01.2022 IMPORTANT Kings Langley SFC Clubhouse Update As everyone is aware, there was a fire in the clubhouse electrical room last Thursday, leaving the clubhouse and playing fields without electricity. The damage has lead to the clubhouse being closed for the rest of the season, and with it our ability to host any more home games. We were asked by Council to empty the club room, canteen and equipment room so that the full extent of damage and necessary repairs could be assessed. Th...ank you to the members of the Committee, as well as Josh, Bess and Mango for helping us clear everything out on Tuesday. All our upcoming home games have now been moved, so please check the draw carefully each week to find out where you are playing. The club owes a great debt to our friends at Lourdes Football Club Seven Hills who have agreed to help host the bulk of our remaining home games and Open Goals. While the situation is not ideal, and is definitely not how any of us pictured the end of the 2020 season, we have achieved the best outcome possible: there is no downtime and no player will miss a game.

Today, we are honouring our 2019 Achiever: 2019 Club Person of the Year - Bec Broker Bec always has a huge SMILE on her face and the beginning of the season would not have been able to kick off without her. A lot of her work has to be done before the season even begins (including when she was on holidays) but once the season began she was always around to lend a helping hand - especially in the canteen - sometimes without any notice. Her warm greetings, made the weekends that much brighter and her endless hours of assistance are truly appreciated and haven't gone unnoticed by many. The BDSFA Board has considered this advice and that of Sport NSW and have amended its Board Directive with respect to Spectators effective immediately as follows: SPECTATORS At all matches conducted at Blacktown & Districts Soccer Football Association Affiliated Club grounds, the following applies to spectators: - Maximum of 500 people per venue (includes all persons at the venue) - 1.5m rule applies to all persons (with exception to persons that live in the same household) With the increase in spectator numbers it is imperative that all persons in attendance must check in by scanning the QR code.
