24.01.2022 CLIENT MESSAGE! . Being in a position where im able to coach people both physically and mentally is the most rewarding thing I could ask for. . If there's anything that I do well during our PT sessions (apart from getting you fit, strong and healthy ) is listen and care. ... . If I can provide you with both physical strength and mental resilience, then just like Sean, you to can: REFUSE to become a victim of your circumstances. REFUSE to listen to people getting you down. And most importantly, REFUSE to give up on your dreams. . KLU Coaching..... Insights, health and resilience! . See more

23.01.2022 Absolutely humbled to of received player of the year from @michaelcusacks. . Having not played Gaelic Football in 4 years, I didn't intend on playing out here. However, knowing that there were a few familiar faces on the team definately made it easier. . A massive shout out to all the sponsors, organisers and managers who provided their continuous support throughout the year. Also, thanks to all the players for making me feel welcomed and rekindling my love for team sports.... . Lets see what 2020 will bring. . See more

18.01.2022 WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN? While having time to unwind and explore @palmbeach this weekend with my better half @claire_sheerin, I spontaneously decided to run, jump and climb everything around us. It was incredibly enjoyable and nowhere during it was I thinking about work or anything stress related. When setting goals with my clients I'm always fascinated by their reactions when I ask them the question "what do you do for fun"? Im usually met with a stare and a lengthy pause, fo...llowed by either "drinking with my friends" or "I don't know!". Unfortunately somewhere along the line of transitioning from childhood to adulthood, the world becomes a very serious place and loses an element of having fun. With all the stressors in the world now days, it can be hard to think about what you do for fun. A good place to start is by asking yourself "what fun did I have or what did I really enjoy doing as a child"? Whatever the answer is, did you ever consider that implementing something similar into your weekly routine could be a great way to elleviate stress? Comment below on what fun you can implement into your life this week? #Kluedinwithklusch

09.01.2022 Decided to become a vegan after watching the Game Changers . . JOKING! I actually understand science! All messing aside, I have nothing against vegans, I just didn't have any meat in the house. #eachtotheirown #nonprejudice... #notenoughfood #undershopped . As I didn't have enough time to buy groceries, I decided to conjur up whatever I had in the fridge. . This meal was easy made and took around 15min to prepare. It was surprisingly tasty, filling and above all, nutritious (High Protein, high in fibre, low in calories, low in fat and nutrient dense ) . INGREDIENTS: - 120g tofu - 8 spears asparagus - 1 cup of broccolli - 1 cup of cauliflower - 75g chickpeas - 1 tsp olive oil - salt, pepper and smoked paprika . PREP: - Slice up tofu and season the 'steaks' with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and a little bit of olive oil. - fry them on a hot pan for about 7-10min. - cut up some veg, throw it into a steamer for 10min. - open up a can of chickpeas and serve together. . MACROS: - Calories - 352kcals - Protein - 30g - Carbs - 28g (15g fibre) - Fat - 14g (3g sat) . Enjoy! See more
