22.01.2022 APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE One of the most rudest things you can do is make an appointment and not honor it. When you simply don't show up, you are not considering my business and don't care about my time. I'm a single mum and you are taking away my children's time!... The value of time is precious I have a wait list! Client's waiting on appointments for weeks so have some respect and cancel so I can give them to more deserving clients. NEW RULES!!!! NO SHOW, you will not be able to make an appointment with me until you have paid for the last appointment you didn't show up to, no exemption will be considered.

21.01.2022 I said I would never close my books but I need to focus on my existing clients so I'm closing my books until further notice, hopefully this will ease the wait period for all my current client's. Sorry for any inconvenience!

17.01.2022 My business name has change!!! The reason for the change, I've now completed my studies and I'm a fully qualified Myotherapist. What's the differnce between a Remedial Massage Therapist and a Myotherapist?... The primary distinctions between the two are that Myotherapist focus on trigger point therapy drawing on various techniques such as Dry Needling, musculoskeletal alignment, deep tissue massage, cupping, muscle stretching and rehabilative exercises. Will your treatments change? My qualifications have changed and my knowledge has grown, yes your treatments will change but you will be given the opportunity to build a treatment based on your individual needs with my various techniques offered. Price? My services now require more equipment and time plus I've relocated into a clinic setting, so prices have increased. I don't over value myself but I value my service and if this poses a problem with any appointments already booked prior to the price increase please give me an inbox. I look forward to continuing treating all my valued clients and I thank you all for the support you have given me over the last 14 years.

If I have canceled an appointment over the last few months I have canceled for good reasons, I'm a workaholic and will never cancel for the fun of it but first and foremost my family/partner and my health are my priority. When you receive a treatment from me it will be only when I know I can give you my full potential as a Therapist. If at any point I don't return phone calls or text I apologise I recieve alot and can't possibly get back to them all ...and work the long hours I do, having the online booking system is perfect for everyone to see when is my next available appointment.
