15.01.2022 There is absolutely no excuses coming from this man when he's training Chaz started couple months ago with no background in boxing and a sedentary lifestyle. And now, he's been training at least 3 times a week for his strength and CV endurance. Not only he likes resistance training, he does enjoy boxing a lot because it challenges his coordination and stability.
