25.01.2022 Planning on using your own car as your wedding car and want to have it looking beautiful for your special day? I highly recommend these guys who got my little car looking better then when we bought it. As a pre-baby treat I got my trusty chariot fully detailed. I wanted the seats cleaned to now put on seat covers and have a baby seat installed. I was so impressed with the attention to detail, quality of work and friendly service I had to share. Plus I like to support other local small business owners.

19.01.2022 I am back being a celebrant part-time and busy being a full-time Mumma to a very active and cheeky almost 6 month old who loves to grin and doesn't like to sleep. I could never have predicted what the last 6 months have held. What a crazy time to be alive. Lots of peoples wedding plans and every other plan have been thrown out the window with border closures and Covid restrictions. To think my bubba is almost crawling and hasn't even met some of her interstate Aunt's, Uncle's... and cousins. Her Dedication & Naming Day Ceremony which we'd scheduled for last May has been postponed until borders are open and it is safe for everyone to travel. My heart goes out to everyone getting married who has had to change their plans, postpone or still has not decided what to do. I'm here to help. Your wedding might have to look a little different with social distancing, Covid-safe practices and attendee restrictions but it can still be meaningful, special and beautiful. You may want to change your date, keep your date but keep it small and Covid-safe or elope with a legals-only ceremony and have your big celebration and reception later on when it is safe to do so. I could even do a "renewal of vows" later at your big celebration if you opt for something small and simple now. I can help to navigate how to have a wonderful wedding ceremony despite Covid.

12.01.2022 When you get married you need to update your will as the old one will become invalid. Although I have found that most people don’t actually have a will as we don’t want to think about dying. Making wills can also be very expensive and so gets pushed to the bottom of our to do list. Here is an affordable way to get this important task completed. Looking after your loved ones is so important especially if you have young children. Not just how do you want your estate divided bu...t who is it that you would want looking after your children if something were to happen? And creating extra legal documents to appoint specific people to make important decisions about your health and finances if you become incapacitated can make potentially devastating times easier for your family. My husband and I had new wills written up last year after getting married and with our daughter on the way. It prompted us to have some very meaningful conversations in making hypothetical decisions that then gotten written into our wills and health directives and communicated to our families.

05.01.2022 I loved working with these two beautiful people who had all their wedding plans thrown up in the air because of border closures. They had their dream wedding planned in Brisbane but with family in NSW and Tasmania and a determination to get married on the set date with all family present everything got changed two weeks prior to the ceremony. To Darwin we all went for a very intimate ceremony with just immediate family and two friends attending. Fortunately I was able to step in for their original celebrant and planned a beautiful ceremony that honoured all that they value most and highlighted the love they have for each other. #destinationwedding #kmcelebrant #marriagecelebrant

My prices will be increasing in the new financial year when I return to the office so book now before I pop in order to get my current pricing (which is pretty amazing!!!) $375 legals-only ceremony... $425 fully personalised ceremony [Plus extra travel fee if you/your wedding are 1hr+ outside my area and $60 if you are wanting me to process your application to Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages for an official marriage certificate for change of name and legal purposes) That’s actually cheaper then the current price for a registry office wedding!!! I’m long overdue for a price rise.
