05.01.2022 Im not going to lie, Sunday & Monday I was #stresscity even most of Tuesday. I barely slept & my anxiety was through the roof! But fast forward to now, a couple of days of doing little things that I usually miss out on, like being home at tea time, I work late and Shawn works shift work so we rarely eat together, evening walks with my dog, I even picked up a book, before I started my business and life got busy I would easily read a book a week, Ive read one in the past year. Today I feel good, I feel calm and I feel like Im in the middle of giant reset How are you spending your time? How are you feeling?

We understand that this time of uncertainty is super frustrating but we are playing the waiting game just like everyone else and taking things day by day.
