22.01.2022 Good morning honeys! Just a quick post to let everyone know I have booked the first week of the school holidays (21st to the 26th) to have off with my little cubs so I won’t be taking appointments for that week. If you are due for your appointment around that time I can do the week before or the week after I’ll be running 2-3 late nights to make up for not working that week. Pm to book. Xx

09.01.2022 This was a challenge! Removing fashion colours is always tricky especially when your clients ends lighten up BRIGHT GREEN from previous fashion colours but we got there in the end! Icy vibe colour corrections.

05.01.2022 Hey honeys. I didn’t want to have to post something like this but unfortunately it is now needed. Firstly - cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time more than 2 times without valid excuse will now incur a $50 non refundable deposit at the next time you book your appointment. ... Secondly - No show appointments. I send out confirmation messages the night before your appointment; if you fail to reply to TWO confirmation messages it will immediately be marked as a no show. If you do reply and say you are attending and still fail to show to your appointment is also an immediate no show - after 2 no show appointments Any appointments you book in future will incur a $50 non refundable deposit to make your appointment. 3 no show appointments will mean I no longer will take your appointment at all & you’ll have to find another stylist. I am extremely busy & have many people waiting for appointments and unfortunately less than 24 hours notice to try and fill a cancellation or worse a no show which leaves no time to fill the appointment then leaves me out of pocket. Please keep in mind when doing this to small businesses; that we have families and small mouths to feed. Thankyou for understanding.

04.01.2022 Hey honey bee’s, I am currently organising my time off over the Xmas period. I will be taking some time off over the 6 week school holidays. On alternating weeks I’ll only be working 3:30-9 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 7-3 on a Saturday, then the following week back to normal hours and I’ll be running an extra late night to make up for lost time on the weeks I have my little cubs. If you are looking at pre booking your Xmas appointments I would do so as soon as possible -... due to reduced hours I am booking out quite fast but will do my very best to fit everyone in before Santa comes! Below is my Christmas/January work schedule; these are the exact hours and days I’ll be working. Prior to these dates all days and hours will be as NORMAL. December 15th, 16th, 17th 3:30-9pm December 19th 7am-5pm December 21st, 22nd, 23rd 9am-9pm TIME OFF December 24th- January 2nd January 4th, 8th 9am-5pm January 5th , 6th & 7th 9-8pm January 9th 7am-3pm January 12th, 13th & 14th 3:30pm-9pm January 16th 7am-3pm January 18th,& 22nd 9am-5pm January 19th, 20th & 21st 9am-8pm January 23rd 7am-3pm TIME OFF January 25th & 26th HOURS RESUME AS NORMAL 27th OF JANUARY. If you would like to book on one of the above days please get in contact ASAP. I have this week off so I have time to organise all appointments.
