Time to get of the couch and set some goals for yourself. Whether it be to improve your ball skills, endurance running or become faster....... it’s starts NOW. Loved our last session tonight. 20m sprint timed and 2km time trail and a few games.. from all the boys and good to see where your at with your fitness.
