25.01.2022 Is your Falcon heater not working, this could be your issue. This is an extremely common fault where the plastic heater mix shaft breaks as you can see in the video, if your heater isn’t working, give us a call to get ready for winter

24.01.2022 Happy New Year all!! We hope you all had an amazing time with family and friends! Bring on 2021!! January is shaping up to be a huge month for us, so please be patient with some lead times as we have been struggling to find a suitable mechanic to join us. We are completely booked out for Jan with 5 engine rebuilds, an engine swap to finish, two turbo kits and a whole lot of small jobs in between! ... Fabrication will restart from Monday 18th of Jan when our suppliers reopen as our stocks are very low currently. Thank you all for your support, this year is shaping up to be huge! - We have a big announcement mid year for everyone closer to the city

24.01.2022 Audi A4 in this week for no compression in all cylinders, low oil pressure and a general check over.. the old failed chain tensioner strikes again.

24.01.2022 Two subies in this week, both to diagnose some issues. One with a stalling issue and to inspect a steering problem. The other to inspect timing belt condition and a rattle coming from the engine. If you're having any issues with your car, feel free to message us to organise a time to have them inspected.

16.01.2022 Straight into another engine rebuild!

16.01.2022 We recently had this elantra come in for a minor service along with powersteering pump replacement and brake pads. Upon carrying out a safety inspection we found the thread on a ball joint had been completely stripped and the nut was only held on by a couple of threads. We quickly replaced the ball joint and associated parts, now this elantra will be much safer for the road and its owner.

13.01.2022 Subaru Outback that came in for a rear wheel bearing after we picked up on it at the pre-purchase inspection! If you want a car checked out prior to purchasing it, give us a call :-)

13.01.2022 A Navara that came through to have a few issues fixed after being defected while having a tier 2 inspection. Passed first go with no headaches! - new tail lights and reflectors, ball joints, CV boots, rear brakes and bull bar indicators inop. All completed on short notice

11.01.2022 Another 120 series prado in at the moment. This one having a SR5 bonnet scoop fitted. We marked out and cut the bonnet and made up some brackets for the bolts. Next on the cards is to have the bonnet resprayed and an upgraded intercooler in the near future.

10.01.2022 Patrol recently came in for some custom cooler piping, on inspection we found that the intercooler had actually cracked in multiple places. We replaced the intercooler and made up a new bracket and piping so everything fits nicely with no rubbing. We also fabricated a custom vacuum tank which is now mounted under the left hand wheel arch, freeing up space in the engine bay.

10.01.2022 Another SR5 Hilux bonnet scoop fitted to a 120 series Prado

10.01.2022 A quick little muffler install the other day for the 120 prado which we fitted a straight through exhaust on, gave it a much nicer note and dampened the sound significantly.

10.01.2022 This is a vacuum pump for a Nissan navara ZD30, we found a crack buried beneath the oil and dirt.. someone had also tried to seal the pump with form in place gasket previously rather than replacing the o-ring.

09.01.2022 VT commodore that came in a few weeks ago for a big list of repairs: new front shocks, complete front end bush replacement, rear main seal, re-seal the trans and rear diff, valley plate and rocker cover gaskets, new o2 sensors and more! I didn’t get many pics of this one, but she’s not so wet underneath now

07.01.2022 This rav 4 was recently towed in due to a knock from the bottom end. The customer decided it was best to put a replacement engine in. We picked one up with nearly half the kilometres on it and fitted it along with a new mirror for the passenger side.

06.01.2022 120 series prado that came in for a custom bracket to mount the catch can and dc-dc charger, we also mounted the factory accessory fuse box from later model Toyota’s. We added in a quick mount for the second fuel filter and carried out a few repairs while it was in with us. We make everything in-house :-) check out the before and after photos!

02.01.2022 Hyundai Terracan that we carried out a service on, during the safety inspection we picked up on the sway bar link being left loose and damaging the threads, we also found a nice little surprise on the high pressure power steering hose.
