21.01.2022 Looking for a instructor from February 2021 for small group exercise classes outdoors. Classes are small groups ranging from 5-10 participants. Classes are held outdoors at 9:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Time can be adjusted to suit the right persons schedule and each class goes for 45 minutes. You will need to be able to commit to the whole period of 3 days per week from 1st February - 5th March with the option to extend. If you want to work with a very friendly, social group who also like to work hard get in contact!

11.01.2022 For the avid female runner, getting back to running after pregnancy and birth can be important, but also a bit of an adjustment. Childbirth is hard on the body and it is important that a gradual running program be progressively introduced. Here's an example of a running program progression over 8 weeks for the post-natal athlete or runner thanks to @bjsm_bmj #Run #Running #Pregnancy #PostPartum #BJSM
