23.01.2022 A Sunday session with a difference. No running today so jumped on the spin bike. If you don’t have a skipping rope swap it out for a front plank/reverse plank. If you don’t have a bike, try a body weight cardio warm up. A few examples could be *Star Jumps *Mountain Climbers *Windmills *High Knees *Butt Kickers *Speed Skaters - Do 30 secs each / 2-3 Rounds. #activeiniso #rainkillingthevibe

I’ve explored some new music/bands I’ve never listened to 4. My washing basket is empty 5. Jedda is beyond stoked. She knows we’re not going anywhere so there is no need for her to panic every morning and sit by the door! What are your pros???
