21.01.2022 HEAVEN & HELL I’m not sure who began writing any book of life? I don’t think any sophisticated verbal language would have been formed by then??? ... Why? It’s been written to confuse and seperate ourselves from, well ourselves! It’s been written like a riddle sending us into a labyrinth not many can find their way out of. You see, heaven and hell are not separate destinations or heaven above in the sky and hell below deep beneath the earth? They are not separate beings or entities or energy set and locked into its place forevermore. Both these places seem detached and a place one has to reach ONE DAY! This may have some believing that doing something might get us to heaven or hell, when we die??? And it’s all done in pretence! Heaven and hell do exist but neither of them are a place we go to later. The word. Heaven and Hell exists RIGHT NOW in this very moment. It lives within you, me and them. It’s the father and the mother all within you. It’s the result and outcome of you behaviour, actions and energy. It’s in perpetual motion, meaning good and bad are you, in you. Every single person contains both heaven and hell within them. It doesn’t come when we die. It’s knowing who you are when something enraged you, stole your lover or hurt your children. Your actions become you and it’s you, it’s always you who decides where your presence will show up at. Heaven or hell? It’s not a thing where once we get there, we good forevermore. No. Perpetual motion means something is in constant movement, like flowing water. You, (Not it) can change at any moment in time which would be said as, you can become the holy spirit or the evil spirit, resulting in your presence living in heaven or hell, depending on you and your heart, thoughts, actions... It does NOT come after death. Be aware of who you are. Understand where your actions will lead you. Control and power, bondage, and very savvy tricks will always be present amongst the human species. Who wrote the bible anyway? It’s all about living a life with awesome experiences with as much understanding on how to achieve that as possible here. For you, for me and them. To answer later for our lives ISNT REAL! Heaven isn’t a mystical place, neither is Hell! They are places your actions put you in RIGHT NOW! 19.01.2022 ENERGY/FREQUENCY and CREATION... As usual I’ll try and be quick and understandable! ... My recent learning of how MINDFULNESS and MINDSET CREATE our experiences and journey in life. Our brain creates energy/electricity and sends it to the rest of our bodies to send and receive information and movement to survive. Our six senses take in information and sends the energy back creating more energy/electricity. Soooo When we generate negative experiences by our behaviour however that looks? (anger,hate,war,death,jealousy,rejection, ignorance the list goes on...) Or positive experiences and behaviour. (Laughter, love, acceptance, gratitude, openness growth, understanding, supporting, fun, happiness and the list goes on...) We create a negative or positive MINDSET this way. This creates a negative OR positive FREQUENCY (emotions) a person will VIBRATE onto another charge carrier (person). NOTE: particles move around within a carrier of energy (body) and creates a electrical charge, charging electrons, that create our electrical currency. That means the exchange or connection of energy and experience to another person can can only be what electric energetic currency (negative or positive or adds or subtracts) you are running on and how you are creating your life and projecting onto others. Our CPU (Central processing unit of a computer) referring to our brain is a very intelligent thing we should and can all train to create some very wonderful experiences. What experiences would you say you are setting yourself up for now you understand this? Example: are you angry and mean (for whatever reasons) setting yourself up for conflict as a experience on your journey? Are you happy and open minded (for whatever reasons) setting yourself up for loving and growth experiences and so on.... You,me,we get to choose what we want to experience on our journey. How cool is that!

16.01.2022 Mindset Monday’s..... Today we will have a look at the power of affirmations. Those of you that don’t know about it, think it’s stupid or just think you d...on’t need this? Try it for 21days before you throw the habit in the bin. AFFIRMATIONS: for a example I am enough I am loved I am loving I am trusting I am beautiful I am successful I believe in, trust and have confidence in myself. I have so much potential I am fair with myself and others I am capable I am strong I am open to love I am kind I am forgiving I trust myself And so on..... Add whatever affirmations you want that suit you at the time. Add or subtract any affirmations throughout your life. This trains your brain to affirm information you are giving it and creates a belief and behaviour. You will most likely become these things by training your brain. Remember, first the thought and then the action materialises. To start off read your affirmations to yourself in the morning when getting ready for the day or brushing your teeth (stick them on the mirror) and last thing before bed. 13.01.2022 We ALL get ONE story in this lifetime. It really is a magical amazing experience when we see through the eyes of our own internal s...ouls. It’s all love and the more in touch on a soulful level the more one is able to see and experience this reality. When we understand taking the time to give our energy on negative aspects in this world, weather that be revenge, jealously, spite, hate, shame and so on because someone caused hurt or pain in some way or especially if it’s a perceived hurt (meaning one causes ones own pain) we only create the exactly SAME energy we are acting out! We are responsible for our OWN actions weather someone acted in a low level kind of way or not? (Low level can be anything from words spoken to taking a mans life). We create our own experiences with our own actions. That’s why it’s absolutely useless to spend TIME on anything that just doesn’t light our SOULS UP! It’s your life, your journey and your experience. They aren’t the things we remember (in our heads or our hearts) or take with us when we die. We take the love others gave and the love we shared... Create good things May we all understand that we don’t know if you, them or I will be here tomorrow. Life is funny like that and if we take advantage of TIME it will certainly teach us lessons we never ever wanted to learn! #itstoolate Concentrate on this very moment and enjoy the love, the magic and magnificence of life and being alive. 04.01.2022 Do I have a right to wonder this earth wherever my heart takes me? Yes, I do. I also share this earth with many many others and I respect the whole univ...erse as well as myself as a part of it. So I am very aware that some environments are not as energetically fitting or somewhere I want to belong or should roam freely in. This could be down town where the pimps and whores live or a bit further up where they dress in the best fabric and eat the finest foods and pretend to be all that is righteous when they are just well dressed pimps too. Both environments ripe with a particular kind of vibe: control, bondage, greed, power and the rest..... There is a story in the book of life where the blueprint of living is there but it’s kind of hidden and gets lost in translation. We are here to experience living for the experience. Our spirit does not die. It’s like the wind, it’s a presence and a presence of knowing but to feel love, hate, joy, sadness and all the things to experience does not exist to the wind. It just exist. If we know someone is in danger and going to die? We just know but cannot do anything, we don’t feel sad, angry or upset we just know. That’s what happens when we die we become a presence only with no physical form to touch. We just know how it is like knowing if you love or hate something. You just know! The thing is, the knowing without having any ability whatsoever to do a single thing seems like a magical ability for us living in the physical format but to the physically dead having the ability to touch, smell, hear, the ability to move things, create things, a ability to feel life, love something, is the magical thing. That’s why we are here, to experience for the experience and it’s all based in love whatever experience you have created for yourself. And is the reason no one ever wants to leave when it’s time. We cannot love you, touch you, experience you in love anymore. Not even in hate and Hell. The experience of feeling is over and back to a knowing presence just like the wind The hard part is learning the infliction of feeling. A spirit has no idea how to human and getting our hearts broken for example can cloud the reasons to experience life and living in a physical form and have that spirit stuck on a human experience. It’s hard to imagine somewhat but that’s what life and living is all about. We have the ability to feel to create and to experience. Heaven and Hell doesn’t exist in the spirit world only on the physical. Those things (heaven and Hell) exist here in the physical so there is no paying later, we pay now in this lifetime. The goal is to experience ourselves in physical form. We make it really technical when it’s not.
