Whilst tenant protection is very important, the proposed changes are completely unfair toward landlords. The REIQ, the peak body for real estate in QLD is opposed to some of the measures and are proposing the following changes to the government's proposals. If you are a landlord, your voice needs to be heard, and the REIQ has made it easy.
