The Case Manager will support the implementation of, and ongoing management of the home care service. Based in Sydney North, will play a key role in the development of the operational requirements of the Home Care service. Specifically, this pivotal role will involve: Introducing the service to residents and raising awareness of the support services available and to manage a program of ongoing information and feedback sessions for residents. Overseeing the case management aspects of the service and will act in consultation with Management to put in place the necessary administrative systems and policies. 01.01.2022 Dear Customers, We wish to advise you that we have been notified by NSW Health this morning that three persons who attended St Ives Shopping Village on the foll...owing dates and times have since tested positive for COVID-19: Sunday 23rd August 2020, 8.30am - 9.00am at Dr Michael Epstein, Chiropractor, St Ives Shopping Village Monday 24th August 2020, between 2:30pm 3:30pm at Australia Post, Kidstuff, Blue Illusion & Harris Farm Markets, St Ives Shopping Village Wednesday 26th August 2020, between 5.30pm 6.00pm at Woolworths, St Ives Shopping Village The Northern Sydney Public Health Unit has assessed the risk to customers and staff as a low risk (casual contacts). Casual Contacts are not required to self-isolate in their homes unless they develop symptoms. Please see attached the casual contact information. https://www.health.nsw.gov.au//Factshe/casual-contacts.pdf. If you develop ANY symptoms, immediately isolate and get tested for COVID-19. St Ives Shopping Village continues to undertake extensive cleaning of their premises. The following has been implemented immediately: 1. An environmental deep clean will take place on Saturday 29 August overnight in the Market Room and on all common area high touch surfaces throughout the centre. 2. Additional cleaning staff will be onsite as of tomorrow to continually disinfect all high touch surfaces. Please note that this is in addition to our existing team who already apply hospital grade disinfectant to all high touch surfaces on a 2 hour rotation. NSW Health have advised that closure of St Ives Shopping Village is not required as the Retailers and The Village have appropriate COVID-19 cleaning practices in place, despite this Blue Illusion have decided to close for a deep clean and will reopen on Monday 31st August 2020. Woolworths will be trading as usual and will be conducting extensive cleaning from Saturday 29th August for 7 nights on all surfaces from 10pm 7am. Epstein Chiropractors are closed for a deep clean, contact retailer for details regarding reopening dates. Please be assured the remaining businesses affected and St Ives Shopping Village will continue to undertake extensive cleaning of their premises as per COVID-19 Safety Plans.
