A beautiful mix of ancient and heritage grains grown by Paul Murphy and his family in Queensland. A complex earthiness with a chewy, succulent interior and a to die for caramelized crust. Available every day until sold out at Knead.

19.01.2022 Scarborough Sour ready for the oven. This loaf contains a mix of beautiful Organic flours from Wholegrain Milling including: Rye, Whole Wheat, Spelt, Khorasan, Bok & White. All of our bread is slow fermented over night using a sourdough starter so it is gentle on your gut making it easier to digest and full of good nutritious bacteria. Available daily.

When we opened Knead we wanted it to be a space that created community here in Scarborough but little did we know how much we would need just that for ourselves. Moving states with three little boys, opening a business, no family support nearby and a pregnancy make for one heck of a busy year Our brand new comm...unity quickly became family for us to lean on. So! I am using this post as an excuse to remind you to check in on those around you. Be family, build community and remember you are not alone even when you feel you are.
