23.01.2022 Hey all! Happy hump day!! It's getting warmer and I can't stress enough to you all, that you keep hydrated! Remember if your thirsty your already dehydrated! No one needs brain fog, headaches and cramps etc from dehydration. So along with this reminder is a prompting, (especially for those with active outside jobs but also for everyone else when you get in the yard or at the beach in the weekend) grab some hydralyte or similar to keep in the cupboard for those days you sweat ...alot to replenish the salts you lose. It helps you to retain the water your drinking to recover! This also includes for kids playing sports like cricket etc! Be well everyone! See more

20.01.2022 I thought before everyone got in the full swing of new year's, I would say that I am incredibly grateful for everyone's understanding this year, through the covid closure imposed by Govt, my wrist being injured, and the changes that needed to be made to my practice to fit in with covid. 08.01.2022 It's an exciting day here today, for 2 reasons, the carpet is getting cleaned!! (I'm so excited I love when it's done), secondly I've got a Friday off which I can't remember when I had a Friday off, so 3 day weekend for me! Haaza!! However, with all the excitement, Groot and teenager Groot have gone into hiding.... Can you find them?
