19.01.2022 Hello!! After an amazing week away camping in Contos, Denmark and Albany now back to reality... wanted to share a few things we got up to! Being so cold and rugged up in many layers with a beautiful campfire to Simmos icecream (best icecream ever!!), Chocolate factory and our first Wine tasting... went with the dessert wine taste yummy Experiencing our first flat tire... that was definitely an experience especially when you didnt expect it and didnt pack anything...... glad Sam had all the equipment it in the car spent half a day looking around for a place that can replace the tire so we could travel to Denmark within the hour. Got to see Donkeys for the first time ever!! And hear the donkey sounds they make (kind of sounds like Jurassic World!), playful goats, sheep and even ferrets! Climbing both Mount Trio and Bluff Knoll (second largest mountain in WA)... absolutely stunning sights. If anyone has ever been curious, definitely recommend!! My gosh Ill definitely be needing a few massages to undo all these adventures and sleeping in a swag! Thank you Samu Mano Banyai for an awesome holiday and cant wait to get back to my clinic and see all my beautiful clients again!!

16.01.2022 CrossFit Great day yesterday at my first Partnered CrossFit competition @humangaragecrossfit ! Absolutely loved and slightly disliked the cardio a huge thank you to my Partner Ebony who absolutely smashed it as well! Surprising came first but also died on majority cardio! Can’t wait to train for my next comp to improve and get fitter. Anyone else do CrossFit and have recommendations on how NOT to die doing cardio?

04.01.2022 Holidays!! I wanted to let you know I will be away from the 16th August to the 22nd August to go camping down south at Denmark and Albany it has been very hard for me to go away. I know it sounds weird but I worry about everyone, fitting in clients and racing around like a crazy chicken to make sure you are taken care of but how can I look after you if I dont take time to look after myself (need to start following my own advice). . At the start of this month has b...een a huge change for me: I started up CrossFit to keep up my own health and fitness Started routinely scheduling fortnightly massages, eyebrow appointments @eyebrowetiquette and even a hair colouring @elegantedgehairstylistperth so I feel great but also feel confident in my own skin And finally going to take this week to have a quick getaway to refresh so I can continue to give you the best massages possible once I am back .
