22.01.2022 We hope you’ve had a great school holidays. We’re now back for the term, and have some exciting this coming up, starting with a Parent Power workshop especially for Dad’s! (This also includes foster dads, step-dads and other father figures too). This workshop will be offered via Zoom or come in to KNH and join other Dads while you listen and enjoy some snacks. Please let the Dad in your life know about this workshop, this is slightly new territory for us, but we’d love to i...nclude the vey special and important Dads out there into our Parent Power program and hope they can gain some valuable new skills from this workshop. 22.01.2022 Neither distance or a pandemic can stop our incredible network of Neighbourhood Centres and Community Resource Centres from coming together! Yesterday, thanks to technology, 50+ member centres gathered virtually for the Linkwest AGM. We are one of over 160 centres across Western Australia, and one of over 1000 centres across all of Australia. Linkwest is our peak body in Western Australia. Centres have been incredibly busy and responsive to our rapidly changing world this yea...r. Grab a cuppa & take a minute to look through Linkwest's Annual Report 2019-2020, and catch a glimpse of what we have all been up to. The link is in the Linkwest post below. 18.01.2022 A BIG THANK YOU to St Norbert College Students yesterday who came and helped out at Neighbourhood House as part of their Kimberley Immersion trip. They helped sort donations for our OPSHOP, planted seedlings in our new veggie garden and helped out with Playgroup and our Active Seniors program. It was a pleasure to have you and the students visit was enjoyed by all. Keep up the good work guys

Kathryn has been a part of the House for 17 years and the strength and heart of it for many of these years. Our words cannot fathom the depth of appreciation for everything that she is to the House, nor how much she will be missed. ... Kathryn aka DJ Radz is in da House Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week and we warmly invite you to drop in for a cuppa to say cheerio.
