I have come to realise that it's not Australia Post or the couriers fault - NO it's the time taken by the retailer to actually pack and ship the item. At Knife Supplies Australia we ship every day which generally includes all orders received by midday. Of course as a small family business the occasion delay occurs. We constantly receive feedback at just how fast orders are received. After all, express post is 1-2 days if you select that option and your post code is eligible!
