15.01.2022 Throwing it back to a deck we built a while back. Swipe to see the before photos. Generally, the joists are supposed to support the decking boards, but as was the case for this old beauty, after many years of exposure and band-aid fix up jobs to keep it from giving way, the decking boards were in fact the only thing keeping the joists from completely letting go We used @spax_international decking screws to hold the boards down, which we recommend to all our clients as they’re easily one of the best screws money can buy, and they look awesome too. Even managed to find an old tenner under the house as a little beer bonus to enjoy with the completion of the job Get in touch with us today if you’d like a deck re done, or a new one altogether! 10.01.2022 A client engaged us to turn his old unwanted bed frame, into a Scandinavian inspired set of bedside tables, making use of the timber rather than just throwing it out or burning it. I even busted out the old lathe to make each of the hand turned legs individually, taking me back to my early days of furnishing at school, where my love for woodworking began.
