19.01.2022 MYTH OR FACT Eating at night is a bad idea because it slows down your metabolism. . ... . . MYTH! Theres actually very little evidence to support the idea that eating after 8 oclock at night makes you gain weight. That being said, if you snack mindlessly at night while watching TV, its easy to overdo it! Plus, eating a heavy meal before bed can make it harder to get a good nights sleep. Takeaway: If you have to eat at night, dont worry about its impact on your metabolism! Just make sure that WHAT youre eating is aligned with your goals. Just letting that person know that you care and that they are worthy of being cared about is sometimes enough. Have the Lifeline and mental health line numbers stored in your phone or wallet, Incase you feel its out of your depth, but most importantly just listen and be there for that person. R U OK? 12.01.2022 Before we start our fitness journey, a lot of us just wish there was a simple and easy fix to losing weight or even gaining muscle mass. But the truth is, there isnt. A lot of this is done by diving in and putting in the hard work. In order to get the results you are looking for, to reach that goal, you need to change your mindset, eat right and just start moving the body or start lifting weights. As long as you are willing to commit, you will see results. They wont happe...n overnight but they will happen. Love yourself enough to want to be better.

Mix it up on days you train, eat right majority of the times so when you need to you can relax it abit, but most importantly GET BACK after a bad day cause that’s when your body and mind need it most. 02.01.2022 WE ARE ALL SO PROUD OF YOU NOOMSA "Today I am here happily sharing my journey in the hybrid program. 6 months has been a complete lifestyle change and a steep learning curve. Thanks, Mark, for introducing the program to me which I reluctantly took as I used to think that my diet was OK. I have not got enough words to thank Zac for his patience because I am never patient, and I expected fast results. I will not share the names I called you in my heart when you requested daily... photos of food and daily. On reflection, this is when I did U-Turn and committed to a lifestyle change. Poor Zac heard so many times about my food intolerances and my traditional diet choices. He has guided me through and through to ensure I reach the goal. After the first 2 months which were the hardest, I changed for the better, planning ahead and meal preps is what i learnt fast. I have lost 6kgs mainly in the mid-section and feel healthier. Not only did I lose weight and gain fitness, but acne also has self-corrected. I have a brighter pimple-free skin through this program. Attached are photos of February and the last couple of days. I am so glad I said yes, I have learnt a lot about choosing healthy meals that are sustainable and yet meet my calorie goals. I have eaten chocolate, ice-cream without the fear of gaining weight.
