20.01.2022 The hardest part is getting started, that’s why we created the 6 week kick start program. When you have a long break from fitness, it can feel daughting and overwhelming stepping back in the gym. Trying to pick up where you left off 10 years ago... Our bodies aren’t built like they were in our 20s and we have different priorities now... (spouse, kids, work...etc) ... so you need a different approach. You need to be inspired while working out along side other blokes like you. You need to be coached properly, held accountable and see results. You need to enjoy the process, but most of you all you need to show up.

After a long Miltary career and a list of injury’s to go with it Andrew wanted help to get the COVID kilos off and build some strength to help his swimming career. 6 weeks later and Andrew has built a whole bunch of strength without aggravating any injuries and as a bonus he’s got his 6 pack coming through again! ... Andrew left his ego at the door and tried something new to improve his quality of life. Be like Andrew.

18.01.2022 So many blokes throw in the towel so early on.. For everyone saying they are too old, too broken, or too far gone - The AVERAGE age of this group is 55. It’s not over - It’s possible to still add muscle, and drop the fat. ... You just need to find a results driven training program that you can be consistent with, and make sure your nutrition is right. Is it harder? Yes - but not definitely not impossible

12.01.2022 Graeme Collins 6wk Challenge "When I signed up to start the Knight Fitness ‘6 Week Challenge’ I hadn’t been in a gym for 10+ years, hadn’t tried a diet in around the same time and my weight was on an ever increasing trajectoryAfter 6 weeks in the challenge I lost 19kg! A massive thanks to the team at Knight Fitness, and also the guys in each session who’ve had words of encouragement and have made the 6 weeks a pleasure.... I couldn’t recommend the challenge enough to anyone who needs to lose some weight, or just wants a great and friendly place to train. Special thanks to the trainers who’ve helped me along the way, in particular Keri for his messages and videos which have kept me going and made me accountable. I can’t wait to continue the journey with Knight Fitness now the challenge has ended!"

10.01.2022 Over the weekend our Men’s Club united for our annual Battle of the Mens event. She was a scorcher of a day but that didn’t slow these lads down as they pushed from strength to strength in their groups to fight it out for the coveted title of winner! We had seasoned participants mixed in with freshies but you’d never know that cause everyone out there pushed 110% for themselves, for their team, for that title. ... Thanks lads for trusting the process and taking that step to join Knight Fitness - more than just a gym

08.01.2022 Massive effort from one of our members Chris Harris. He took on our in-house 6 week challenge with a goal to lose over 10 kilos coming away with a whopping 13.6 kgs! Not only is this a massive result, he did it while training with certain injuries and physical barriers. He didn't give up, he pushed through and showed awesome mental toughness to finish the challenge with an amazing result. Well done Chris!! Super effort!!
