04.01.2022 After 3 and a half years, 50 gigs playing 69 songs nearly 1600 times and countless rehearsals, I have decided to "retire" from the Knight Shift fold after this Friday's gig at Market City Tavern (4/11/2011). It has been an absolute hoot and an honour to play and work alongside TJ, Kate, Lorraine, Meg, Shane, Alyssa and our "Button Man", Brenden. The band has grown enormously from the days of "The Jackson Jills Band" to a band that consistently got excellent feedback over the ...last year or so. I owe a massive debt of gratitude to these guys who made it possible for me to once again "grace" the stage. A big thankyou to the people who have over the years come to see us (especially the core group of discerning music lovers who have supported us many, many times - "the Groupies") and a special thankyou to Chrissy who has provided her wholehearted support to the band and to me on many levels along the way.
