19.01.2022 Hi everyone. Hope you all had a fantastic New Year and are ready to go when we start back next week. I have some new things to show you so hopefully you will be as excited as I am! I have been thinking outside the box, so to speak. Dont forget we have our excursion on the 23rd....a trip to Melbourne for some post Christmas shopping and a chance to ogle some beautiful craft stores that Melbourne have to offer....CANT WAIT! 12.01.2022 Havent been on this page for a while so I guess it was about time I posted. I do have another group (closed) for members of my knitting class held at my home every Tuesday between the hours of 10-4pm.... We actually sew from 10 am - 12 then knit till 4 pm. Some ladies actually sew all day, some knit.....its really up to what you are feeling like doing, it is your craft time. I will be bringing my wares to the next Monbulk Market in May.....date will be checked and posted soon. I will also bring along some of my Boro pieces that I have been doing on the side. I went to Japan back in November, where I picked up some gorgeous Japanese fabrics and sat down with Boro Master Akiko and learned some great techniques! Will be offering a workshop at the end of May for anyone interested in learning this gorgeous ancient craft. Watch this space.

06.01.2022 Hope you are well during this very trying time we are all faced with. I have been busy all year knitting for The Bendigo Wool Show (Spendigo) but sadly this event is just one of the many thousand that have been cancelled this year. I decided to just pretend it is still going ahead, so I have not stopped!... Such a passion for knitting so my motivation is very good. Just a reminder if anyone is wanting yarns, accessories (needles, both circular and straight) stitch markers, needle gauges, stitch holders, hooks (both timber and steel) fine hooks for beading etc. please email and I can post. I also have beanies and scarves, shawls and wrist warmers, ready to go for that special gift. In the meantime, please try and keep your self occupied with something that you love doing! Dont forget.....housework is overrated!

Baby wool, $3 per ball, cottons $5 per ball, pure wools...some 100 grams $5 per ball and much more. Please text me if you would like to come by and I will make sure I am home. Will be posting from now until Christmas with some more great bargains!

02.01.2022 Hi girls. Had a great day today at grandparents day, with the gorgeous Ella! When I heard that the program had 7 different activities and would take 4.5 hours I thought....oh dear...but they were fun and educational. Lovely to catch up with the other grandies jo and Pete. See you all next week and keep on KNITTING!!

02.01.2022 Terribly sad. Yes I know a couple of people who have succumbed to this. In the last 40 years medicine and research have made leaps and bounds in the fight against things like cancer and heart disease. Hopefully there is a cure for this disease in the making.
