I am having a really bad time with my neck and arms at the moment. I just can't seem to get over the pain. Your health is important, the health of those you work with is sometimes in your hands. ... 12.01.2022 Having been the one looking down the barrel at one point in my life. I think that it's important that we all know its not bad to reach out. At this moment in time I am assisting 2 people whom have contacted me for help and guidance. These people are strangers to me. Although I am no professional and nor do I ever profess to be. Just being that person who wants to listen, not judge and to give a few helping hands along the way. Speak up and speak out. I have some spaces left for talks about what happens after an injury in the work place. Maybe your part of a group or whether people at work need that push to be safe and to look after each other.
