23.01.2022 Autumn colour of our literati style virginia creeper

22.01.2022 As many people are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is causing immense uncertainty within communities and businesses. In particular the situation, for people who are older and frail and those people with disability, it is becoming extremely dire. Due to the seriousness of the situation and following advice from the Australian and NSW Governments, we have deferred all of our upcoming Bonsai Workshops. We will be refunding, in full, those people who have already paid in advance and... also those who have paid deposits. We apologise to everyone for the inconvenience that this has caused, in particular for those who were attending the Workshops in early April. We thankyou for your interest in our Workshops and will keep you all posted regarding the deferment (and upcoming dates) and also our August Workshop (Intermediate). Stay safe, healthy and please consider your fellow man, woman and child during this time of uncertainty. Now is the time to get out in the garden and "smell the roses" - they are now coming into their Autumn flush. Regards, Mick and Sue Herbertson. See more

10.01.2022 A small piece of media attention through the Central Western Daily regarding the upcoming Autumn Markets. You'd never notice the bald head and bright autumn colours of the bonsai.

05.01.2022 Final Beginner Basics Hands on Workshop for 2019. A very hardy group of participants braved 5 - 6 degree daytime temperatures with a sprinkling of snow! That's the reason for all the beanie pom-poms! Even the blokes found the pom-poms kept them warmer.....

02.01.2022 Sue with our radiata pine we dug up as a seedling in 1978. It's in need of a needle haircut.
