19.01.2022 C L O S E D Through tears and with a heavy heart we must announce that Knockout Brows will not be opening until November 23rd. I have kept quiet and supported Dan throughout this pandemic, always supporting his decisions. However I do believe the beauty industry has been completely forgotten about in regards to the current ‘road out’ plan. Restaurants, cafes, hairdressers will all be open with restrictions, however beauty will remain closed until Nov 23 and we MUST have 14 ...days straight with 0 new cases in order to open! This is devastating for so many salon owners and many will be forced to close permanently. There may never be 0 cases for 14 days Knockout Brows WILL get through this. I have built this business from nothing and I certainly won’t be giving up on it now. We are a strong and dedicated team who love our job and our clients, we miss you guys dearly! After being closed 27 weeks in total this year we will need everyone’s ongoing support at Christmas and 2021 as we will rebuild our business back to where it once was. In regards to everyone’s brow appointments they are now effectively cancelled and we ask that you rebook online closer to our opening date. We apologise we can’t contact everyone personally TATTOO BOOKINGS Anyone who is booked in with brow tattoo and has paid deposit will be rescheduled to December. Emily will be in contact with you guys for rescheduling over the next few weeks once we figure out our plan. 16.01.2022 KNOCKOUT BROWS - - Hey everyone! So as Covid evolves we feel the need to keep reminding everyone of our policies as we must maintain a safe environment for our clients and staff. Thankyou to all our clients who have followed our rules ... // Our staff are following the state governments advice and will be wearing a mask throughout your appointment. We ask that you please wear your own mask to your appointment if you can. // 1. One person per booking. Please don’t bring friends, kids or family to your appointment. They will need to wait in the car. 2. When you arrive you must hand sanitise with the sanitiser we are providing. This must be the first thing you do when entering. There is a sanitising station set up upon entry. 3. There will be a maximum of 4 people in our main waiting room and 1 person in our smaller waiting room so please arrive at your appointment on time, not early! We ask that you wait in your car. 4. LATENESS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Our girls need the extra time to clean and sanitise. If you are more than 5 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you may incur a fee. 5. Please ensure your details, number, email have been updated with us, we need to make sure we can contact you incase of a Covid outbreak. 6. If you or someone you live with is sick please DO NOT come to your appointment. You must reschedule.

09.01.2022 EEEEEK! Yes! Dan Andrews has changed his mind and allowed Beauty/Personal care to open sooner than was told last Sunday. We are yet to have a confirmed opening date how ever if you have an appointment booked past this date your appointment will be VALID.... Basically the rules will be that we can offer any service as long as both client and therapist are wearing a mask. This unfortunately will mean those hairy lips/chins will have to wait a bit longer and also there will be no facials. BROWS will be BACK soon girls! We are also prepared for this information to be changed again! We are on an emotional roller coaster and I don’t think we are getting off just yet, at this point nothing could shock me. 03.01.2022 To all our amazing Knockout Clients we are so overwhelmed with the response we have had since re-opening and couldn’t be more thankful for everyones support after such a tough time. However unfortunately due to being closed for over 16 weeks this year we now have a 16 week backlog with brow tattooing. We have over 300+ people on our waitlist for tattooing and unfortunately can not take anymore NEW CLIENT bookings or add any NEW CLIENTS to the waitlist ...for the rest of 2020. We wish there was more we could do however we are inundated with texts, calls & enquiries every day about tattooing and we can no longer keep up! For example Tess tattooed 8 clients today how ever we had double the amount of calls in regards to booking in. Which is why we have made the decision to not open up brow tattooing bookings until 2021 so we can focus on our clients who have been patiently waiting to get in this year! If you are on the waitlist or have a fully paid voucher, your spot is still there and we are working as quickly as we can to contact everyone in order.
