11.01.2022 hey guys set a timer 1 min on 30 sec off.. no breaks just continue through the buzzers with the following exercises in total its a 9 min warm up to do before your workouts needing just a jump rope ... or you can rest for a min after doing this, and repeat the whole thing 3 times in order to do a full 30 min hiit workout targets: cardio, upper body and legs *if you dont have a jump rope replace normal skipping round with shuffles, and high knee skipping round with just high knees

08.01.2022 This was a great one! 2 mins of boxing.. then inbetween rounds you complete 50-10 reps of abs over 3 rounds... Then another 3 rounds with 50-10 reps of legwork in between each round Abs/ Legs/ cardio ... Hit the bag freestyle (no bag? Just shadow box)

05.01.2022 no gym equipment?? no problem fun tough workout with toilet paper 30 secs 180' squat jump and stack 15 sec rest... 30 secs lunges 15 sec rest 30 secs half burpee in 3 levels 15 sec rest 30 secs plank and stack 15 sec rest 30 secs clapping push ups 15 sec rest 30 secs sit ups and stack 15 sec rest 30 secs jackknifes x 6 rounds for a tough HIIT for 27 mins *clap push ips can be replace by push up (tp to chest) *180 deg squat jump can be replaced with squat jump or squats
