07.01.2022 Clients progress story. As embarrassing as it is to post the reality of my before pic, but if it’s going to inspire just one woman, then I’m all in for it. This month marks my one year at Knockout Fitness! I would not have been able to achieve my fitness goals without the BEST trainers. ... Sophie, Marwa, Heba and the team have pushed me and inspired me unconditionally since day one. I have always had a bad relationship with gyms. Where I would sign up and never attend. But with KOF I never wanted to miss a day! The vibe is like no other and I have built an incredible relationship with all the beautiful ladies there. I have lost 18kgs since I started, but gained a whole new mentality towards fitness, food and most importantly my mental health has been at it’s best. From someone who used to sit at home all day and eat my feelings away, to someone who attends the gym 4-5 times a week, eats healthier and sets goals. I won’t say it was easy. I had alot of ups and downs along the way, but most importantly I never gave up and kept starting all over again. I definitely haven’t reached my final goal yet, and look forward to smashing more milestones along the way. If I did it, you definitely CAN!!
