19.01.2022 I've been in a hiatus from macrame and a lot of other things as I work through some personal issues. The last 12 months has been rough. I'm strong but I also know when to take some time out for myself. My macrame had suffered and whilst I still had an interest, the creativity just wasn't there. This weekend I pulled out the ropes and thought I'd see where it took me. I'm surprised!!! Macroweaving has never been something I was interested in, but I thought I'd give it a shot. This is my first attempt, and I'm just a little proud of myself. I made this with 5mm 3ply rope,some dyed rope, roving and some linen rope off cuts. 1500cm long. #macrame #handmade
