20.01.2022 This weekend seen me needing some clarity and peace of mind and losing myself in my work does exactly that.. there’s something about the weaving, twisting and logic involved that just calms me. I’ve always said that plant pot holders weren’t ‘my thing’, which is an odd statement considering how much I love plants ; well didn’t I prove myself wrong! Look at this gorgeous pop of colour on my patio

19.01.2022 To my loyal Knots & Wood AU customers; What a first year it’s been, so far, hey? Covid-19 has really done a number on many of us, however, my silver lining in a terrible situation is that when restrictions started being put in place, my husband (and biggest supporter) was also starting a new job and with this we now only see him home 26 weeks out of 52.. as you can imagine this was a huge new reality for us all to get used to and so therefore the easing of orders was actual...ly a blessing in disguise. We’ve established how to do DIDO life now and so.. I AM BACK! Albeit with a few changes to help us maintain our new lifestyle as smoothly as possible; - I will no longer be taking on as many custom orders; aside from my 30cm wall hangers (a few of my faves are pictured below) - these will still be available at a flat rate of $50 with your choice of name/cord/artificial greenery etc.. - I’ve decided to take this right back to where I started and from here on out my smaller products will be made and then posted when they’re ready for sale. (So think keyrings, coasters, Xmas deco’s etc.. These will be made in larger bundles and then posted for sale; when they’re gone, they’re gone. DONT WORRY! I will give pre-warning for these sales so you don’t miss out on something if you’ve had your eye on it) My sincerest apologies if any of these changes cause any upset to y’all, however being that I’m now a solo parent one week out of two, my focus and time will be spent with Mr5 during that time frame; leaving me with less time spent out in my beloved craft room. 06.01.2022 Today I picked up the power tools again, with help from hubs who was designated drill press operator! Voila! I now have a timber tree to display some goodies on at the Christmas markets this year
