20.01.2022 Have you worked with any Sari Silk Ribbon yet? Sari Silk ribbon is made from salvaged offcuts from the production of Saris in India. The offcuts are cut into ribbon like strips and joined together to make long lengths. They are often already in amazing vibrant colours and some are dyed. You may find some Sari Silk Ribbon in my store very soon! Im working on some great new products.... This beauty was created by Whistle Bird using a dyed ribbon and a nice piece of recycled timber. 14.01.2022 So I was going to tell you all about the 2nd "Wings for Missy" Workshop we have planned in the afternoon but guess what? It sold out before we even had a chance to advertise! All those who missed out on the morning workshop were given first chance to book for the afternoon and they did! So much thanks to the local community for supporting this great cause. 13.01.2022 Wrapping Rings Why wrap a ring? 1 - To strengthen a Wooden Ring... 2 - To cover up marks on a wooden ring 3 - To cover up welds on a metal ring 4 - To cover up acrylic rings 5 - To stop a metal ring from rusting 6 - To give one overall colour. 7 - To cover up galvanised metal rings. There are lots of ways you can wrap a ring, this is my favourite. It may look a little complex but its quite easy once you are on a roll. We had a Christmas theme for this workshop, complete with Christmas Fairies too! We made some beautiful Christmas Trees, Angel Wings, Christmas Wreaths and Gift Pods and the food was delicious as always. Thank you!

Each one has been individually shaped, welded and finished. Each Crescent measures 300mm High and 250mm wide and the shape is just perfect! A sturdy 4mm guage galvanized wire has been used so you can be confident they will hold all your cord....
