25.01.2022 Finished my dreads. Looking pretty fuzzy today as they settle in. Natural blonde with purple toner. Knotty by nature is a happy hippy.

18.01.2022 Well it's April 20th and Michael, Oscar and I are at Nanny and Poppy's house. We have finally moved out from our home. We decided this time last year that this ...is what we wanted to do. It took a year. A year of watching Oscars numbers go up and down but never up enough and never down too low. Diagnosed in June 2015, and 2 years of treatment since then- Nothing has changed. We were meant to continue the pause. The pause that cancer places on your lives, until words like "remission" or "cured " are expressed. But it never happened. The only word we have familiarised ourselves with in over 12 months is "stable". And stable was good enough. After a lot of planning and working with Westmead hospital, it was finally agreed that we should just go. We have organised that we will do regular checkups on the road. We have organised that we will always be within an hours distance of medical care. And we have organised that if those "stable" trends, change, that we will come back to Westmead. Oscar is very unique. His mother has green eyes and his fathers are hazel. But he has dark brown eyes. His mother is platinum blonde and his father is a thick head of dark brown, but Oscars hair is a beautiful sunkissed light brown. He has JMML. He is one of 200 children in the world to have that form of Leukemia. He has NRAS mutation. He is one of 40 in the world to have that. He is four years old and has not needed a bone marrow transplant, chemotherapy or any kind of medication to stabilise him but the disease is still in his blood. He is the only person in the world to have that. The doctors don't know what to do. So we wait and we watch. If anything changes. If he goes down. Then we go to transplant. If he goes up, then we cry and party like it's the best day on earth. But for one year, he's been.... stable. And so off we go. Off we go on our very big Fry adventure. I invite you to follow it with us and I hope that you pray, with us, that we get to go places, without distraction. With this amazing little boy, that we want to show the world to. 15.01.2022 These natural forming dreadies had never had a maintenance before. With only a regular slot for maintenance we turned this dreadbabies into thick sectioned fatties with all hair tied in. Had a lot of fun dreading with Daniel and his gorgeous family! I love learning from people who come from all over the world. It’s amazing to hear their stories. We really don’t know how lucky we are to live in the country that so many people could only dream of. We take if all for granted. Not for long though! Doing the big lap soon xx

09.01.2022 Dreading up a relatives hair (with large undercut). Zero shrinkage. I love what I do, can’t wait to dread/ maintain and create some beautiful locks very soon.
