24.01.2022 Congratulations to Liam Togher qualifying for Nationals in his Multiclass division! Liam will ( Hopefully ) be travelling to Queensland in April 2021 to compete in 50m Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke as well as the 100m Backstroke! A great achievement for an 11year old!

23.01.2022 Our New Swim Captain Josh Collette was involved in an NSWIS Relay event at SOPAC last Thursday night. Josh was a part of the Sydney Sharks 4 x 50m freestyle team, competing against other Australian cities in a relay showdown. Josh was the youngest swimmer selected to compete against some of the fastest swimmers in the country nailing a 22.04 sec for the 50m freestyle in his race. The NSW Shark team is currently top of the board in the intercity competition! Keep it up Josh!

23.01.2022 An exciting end to an exciting season! - a few sad carnival cancellations, a few Blue bottles and some wild surf ! But the boys have still come out in their bright shirts to send off our Year 12s and accept the awards for the season. Well done to all for a tough summer and supporting the local community!

22.01.2022 Great Presentation Day at Whale Beach - with our special guest Scott James presenting awards to our SRC, Bronze and ARTC students. The theme was Hawaiian shirts, with awards also presented to Junior and Senior competitors in sprints, Flags, swim and Boards. Alex Honey was awarded for his Above and Beyond contribution to the sport. Thanks to all of the Volunteers, Staff and Head Coach Dave Stenning for a great Term.

14.01.2022 A few action shots from the weekend of Water Polo at Knox Aquatic Centre. Our boys were enjoying being back into the competition again with some great outcomes across the board!

07.01.2022 12 Knox Boys represented Knox Pymble SC at the 2020 virtual national short course championships at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic centre this weekend. During the virtual meet, spread over 4 sessions and 3 days, these boys swam a combined 37 individual races, and swam 33 Personal Best Times. Congratulations to Kai Lilienthal (Yr 10) and Ashton Smith (Yr 12) who both swam their first individual swims at a National level. Due to the nature of this event, results were compiled ...to rank each swimmer. Special mentions to the following swimmers. Justin Lee, (Yr 11) came 10th overall in the 200m Individual medley. Joshua Collett (Yr 11) swam a junior Australian Age (16 yrs) record to finish 3rd in the 100m Individual Medley, as well as; 10th 50m Breaststroke, 10th 50m Freestyle and 5th 200m Individual Medley. Congratulations to all the boys for a fantastic weekend of fast racing. It is exciting to see all the hard work these boys put into their training paying off. See more

07.01.2022 Here is National qualifier and State long course medalist Daniel Rigby with Performance Coach Nick Dobson. In his division Daniel won 5 Gold Medals! 50M Free, 100M Free, 400m Free, 50m Back and 100m Back. Well Done Daniel keep up the hard work!

01.01.2022 A huge weekend at NSW SLS Lifesaving Championships held at Blacksmiths Beach. Knox students James Simmonds (Year 12) and Travis Cox (Year 11) competed as did Knox SLS trainer Guyren Smith. All representing Newport SLS Club. Results were James: Silver Open Patrol Competition (6 person team) and Silver u19 Champion Lifesaver Travis: Gold u17 Patrol Competition (4 person team) and 4th u17 Champion Lifesaver Guyren: Silver Open Patrol Competition (same team as James) and Gold Ope...n Champion Lifesaver A demanding weekend with great results! James, Travis and Guyren all qualifying for National SLS (Aussies) to be conducted on the Sunshine Coast in April. See more
