15.01.2022 Hey guys Just getting messages to the club about members posting runs longer than an hour on Strava. Sounds like a common glitch in the system rather than anyone actually breaking the law. Anyone with that glitch may consider removing any runs that show them being out for over an hour. I am aware that vicpol are responding to evidence from social media of lockdown breaches.

14.01.2022 Hi everyone. At around 330 this afternoon AV sent an update to all current and last seasons members detailing the plan for a return to competition, fee structure, venues etc. Please make sure you have a read of it as it shows a drastically different competition schedule to usual. Representatives from Knox have been part of the discussion along the way and understand the restrictions in place and applaud the work that has gone into this just to keep some comp going. Restrictions on movement is obviously a moving target and if planned dates don't eventuate then flexibility will be required on our part, bit some athletics is far better than none at all. Hope your training is progressing well and if you needed a date to work towards, you now have it.

12.01.2022 Hi team Let's see lots of members attend this very important event tomorrow. Its our track too and we have a very Knox-heavy season. Coaches round up your athletes.... Thanks.
