Many people have been enjoying Knox's wonderful green spaces and getting active outdoors while restrictions are in place. ... But did you know it takes 30 days to form a habit? Together with the Parks & People Foundation, our local council are encouraging the Knox community to keep taking advantage of our fantastic open spaces by spending 30 minutes in nature every day for 30 days. We were very pleased to write a reference for her application and thrilled to hear she was the chosen one! ...
