24.01.2022 Do you have poor posture? If so it could cause you pain, tightness, lack of range of movement in your body and increase the chance of injury. When your body and your joints are not aligned properly, some muscles will tighten while others will get weaker. This will cause your muscles to be imbalanced, then over time will lead to poor posture.... To improve your posture your personal trainer can recommend exercises to stretch the tight muscles and to strengthen the muscle that are weak. That along with trying to sit up straight at the desk or standing up nice and straight will all help! Good posture means more efficient movement, therefore better performance!
