You'll never see crystallised honey in the supermarket because it has already been highly heated and sometimes even has water added! There technically isn’t anything wrong with crystallized honey. In fact some people prefer it that way, they like the texture and enjoy it on breads because it doesn't drip as readily. If ...you just happen to be one of the people who prefers it to be liquid and smooth we are going to share our little secret with you for how to liquefy crystallized honey! It's very simple : you just heat it up in a pan of water that should not reach boil point in order to keep the beneficial properties of the honey.
