23.01.2022 We designed and manufactured a back facing 6 flute cutter, mandrel and guide to clean up the inside face on wing attachment components on a Beechcraft Bonanza.....Tapered guide and locking shells were machined for precise fit and clamping to ensure parallel alignment with the bore.......The hand operated mandrel was made from precision ground bar to allow for light and precise cuts using a specially made 6 flute HSS cutter.....As a result the cutter produced a smooth and accurate surface better than manufacturers replacements.

21.01.2022 Off the shelf drive pulley adapters don't always suit the application. So we made up our own, including the locking nut.....no need for shims or spacers...Black chromed for looks, came up nice we think !!
